Voting Trust Transfer. The Voting Trust Transfer shall have been completed in accordance with the Company Support Agreement.
Voting Trust Transfer. The Company shall cooperate with and assist Humanitario with entering into the Voting Trust Agreement, and, after the First Merger Effective Time, the Acquiror shall cooperate with Humanitario with completing the Voting Trust Transfer, in each case, in the manner and on the terms and conditions described in the Company Support Agreement.
