Voting Units. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, each voting Unit in a Series shall have the rights, and be subject to the obligations, identical to those of each other voting Unit of the same Member Class in the Series. The holders of voting Units shall be entitled to one vote for each voting Unit held at all meetings of voting Series Members (and written actions in lieu of meetings), with no right to cumulative voting.
