The INSTITUTION shall act as an independent contractor of the SPONSOR and shall not be construed for any purpose as the partner, agent, employee, servant, or representative of the SPONSOR. ZDRAVOTNICKÉ ZAŘÍZENÍ se zavazuje neuzavírat žádnou smlouvu či dohodu s třetí stranou, která by směřovala k zavázání ZADAVATELE, a ZADAVATEL se zavazuje neuzavírat žádnou smlouvu či dohodu s třetí stranou, která by směřovala k zavázání ZDRAVOTNICKÉHO ZAŘÍZENÍ.
