W I T N E S E T H. The Landlord hereby leases and rents unto the Tenant and the Tenant hereby hires and takes from the Landlord the “Leased Premises” (as defined below), to wit: Space designated as Suites 101 through 105, comprising approximately 19,950 square feet, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Leased Premises”) and located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, on the real property more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Property”), being a part of the building designated as “Building 8201” (the “Building”), said Building, Property and any other building, improvements and facilities located upon the Property forming a part of the Phase I complex and related facilities (the “Project”) owned by the Landlord and being a part of the entire business park known as Cypress Point Business Park at Cypress Plaza (the “Park”).

The Landlord hereby leases and rents unto the Tenant and the Tenant hereby hires and takes from the Landlord the “Leased Premises” (as defined below), to wit: Space designated as Suites 101 through 105106 and 107, comprising approximately 19,950 8,850 square feet, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Leased Premises”) and located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, on the real property more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Property”), being a part of the building designated as “Building 8201” (the “Building”), said Building, Property and any other building, improvements and facilities located upon the Property forming a part of the Phase I complex and related facilities (the “Project”) owned by the Landlord and being a part of the entire business park known as Cypress Point Business Park at Cypress Plaza (the “Park”).

The Landlord hereby leases and rents unto the Tenant and the Tenant hereby hires and takes from the Landlord the “Leased Premises” (as defined below), to wit: Space designated as Suites 101 through 105206, 207, and 208, comprising approximately 19,950 15,000 square feet, as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Leased Premises”) and located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx XxxxxXxx, Xxxxxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx XX 00000, on the real property more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Property”), being a part of the building designated as “Building 8201” located thereron (the “Building”), said Building, Property and any other building, improvements and facilities located upon the Property forming a part of the Phase I complex and related facilities (the “Project”) owned by the Landlord and being a part of the entire business park known as Cypress Point Business Park at Cypress Plaza (the “Park”).
