Common use of Wachovia and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Wachovia and Affiliates. Wachovia and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with any Seller Party or any obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of any Seller Party or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if Wachovia was not the Agent, and without any duty to account therefor to the Purchaser or any other holder of an interest in Pool Receivables, but in any event subject to Section 14.7.

Wachovia and Affiliates. Wachovia and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with any Seller Party or any obligorObligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of any Seller Party or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if Wachovia was not the Administrative Agent, and without any duty to account therefor to the Purchaser or any other holder of an interest in Pool Receivables, but in any event subject to Section SECTION 14.7.
