Common use of Wachovia Bank, N Clause in Contracts

Wachovia Bank, N. A., a national banking association and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, and any successor trustee at the time serving as successor trustee hereunder, appointed as herein provided.

Wachovia Bank, N. A., a national banking association association, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders under this Agreement, and its successors any successor thereto, and any corporation or national banking association resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, party and any successor trustee at the as may from time to time be serving as successor trustee hereunder, appointed as herein provided.
