WAITING AREA/MESSAGE CENTER Sample Clauses

WAITING AREA/MESSAGE CENTER. A pigeonhole message center is located in the waiting area just off the second floor elevator. Messages, courier packages and other correspondence may be left for pick-up or delivery by tenants or their clients during regular business hours. Each professional suite tenant will have one assigned message slot with a nameplate. Federal Express and U.P.S attempt delivery to tenant offices first, if tenants are not in, packages can be signed for by the administrative office (with tenant permission) and placed in the tenant message center slot located in the waiting area or held in the administration office for tenant pick-up. Tenant acknowledges the Landlord is not responsible for the loss or theft of messages, packages or correspondence left at the message center or in the administration office. No one is admitted into a tenant suite without express permission from the Tenant. A tenant telephone directory board is located next to the message center. Tenants may be reached by clients from the waiting area phone by dialing the appropriate code number as listed on this directory.
