Common use of Waived Clause in Contracts

Waived. Except as expressly provided in this Article 9, Borrower hereby expressly waives, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, presentment, demand, protest, any and all notices of any kind, advertisements, hearing or process of law in connection with the exercise by Lender of any of its rights and remedies upon the occurrence of an Event of Default. If any notification of intended disposition of any of the Collateral is required by law, such notification shall be deemed reasonably and properly given if given in accordance with Section 10.06 hereto at least ten (10) days before such disposition.

Waived. Except as expressly provided in this Article 9, Borrower the Borrowers hereby expressly waiveswaive, to the full fullest extent permitted by applicable law, presentment, demand, protest, any and all notices of any kind, advertisements, hearing or process of law in connection with the exercise by Lender of any of its rights and remedies upon the occurrence of an Event of Default. If any notification of intended disposition of any of the Collateral is required by law, such notification shall be deemed reasonably and properly given if given in accordance with Section 10.06 hereto at least ten (10) days before such disposition.
