Waiver, Amendments, Etc. Except in accordance with the Transaction Documents, no COAF Company shall waive, modify or amend, or consent to any waiver, modification or amendment of, any of the terms, provisions or conditions of the Transaction Documents without the consent of the Note Insurer.
