Common use of Waiver and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Each of the Stockholders, the Company, SAG and Sub may by written notice to the other Parties: (a) extend the time for the performance of any of the obligations or other actions of the other Parties; (b) waive any inaccuracies in the representations or warranties of the other Parties contained in this Agreement; (c) waive compliance with any of the covenants of the other Parties contained in this Agreement; (d) waive performance of any of the obligations of the other Parties created under this Agreement; or (e) waive fulfillment of any of the conditions to its own obligations under this Agreement.
