Common use of Waiver and Continued Supply Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Continued Supply. 3.1.1 If we demand rent or any other moneys due under this lease and/or you pay any money after we have knowledge of anything giving rise to us having a right to terminate this lease you shall not be entitled to rely upon any such demand (or payment) to claim that such rights shall have been waived or as a defence to any proceedings.
