WAIVER AND CUMULATIVE REMEDIES. 29.1. The rights and remedies provided by this Framework Agreement may be waived only in writing by the Authority Representative or the Supplier Representative in a manner that expressly states that a waiver is intended, and such waiver shall only be operative with regard to the specific circumstances referred to. 29.2. Unless a right or remedy of the Authority is expressed to be an exclusive right or remedy, the exercise of it by the Authority is without prejudice to the Authority's other rights and remedies. Any failure to exercise or any delay in exercising a right or remedy or any service of longer notice where there is a right to terminate with immediate effect by either Party shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or of any other rights or remedies. 29.3. The rights and remedies provided by this Framework Agreement are cumulative and, unless otherwise provided in this Framework Agreement, are not exclusive of any right or remedies provided at Law or in equity or otherwise under this Framework Agreement.
