Waiver and Disclaimer. Lessee hereby fully and forever waives, and Lessor hereby fully and forever disclaims, all warranties of whatever type or kind with respect to the Premises and Improvements, whether expressed, implied or otherwise including, without limitation, those of fitness for a particular purpose, tenant ability, habitability or use.
