Common use of WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE. PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed Amended WMPA.
