Waiver and Jury Trial. The parties mutually and intentionally agree, to the extent permitted by law, to waive all rights to a trial by jury of any Dispute. The parties specifically acknowledge that this mutual waiver is made knowingly and voluntarily after an adequate opportunity to negotiate its terms.
