Common use of Waiver and Limitation Clause in Contracts

Waiver and Limitation. The waiver by the Company or the Executive of any breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach by the other party. Unless expressly stated herein, no term of this Agreement shall operate as an assignment of right or limitation of any legal or equitable remedy or cause of action.
