Common use of Waiver By Assignor Clause in Contracts

Waiver By Assignor. The Assignor hereby waives presentment, notice of dishonor, and protest of all instruments included in or evidencing any of the Secured Obligations or the Collateral, and any and all other notices and demands whatsoever (except as expressly provided herein or in the Collateral Agency Agreement or for notices required in connection with judicial proceedings).

Waiver By Assignor.
