Waiver By Assignor. Assignor hereby waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest, and notice of protest, and all other notices with respect to collection, or acceleration of maturity, of the Collateral and the Obligations, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or in the Loan Documents.
