Waiver by Each Subsidiary Guarantor and each JV Subsidiary Guarantor. Each Subsidiary Guarantor and each JV Subsidiary Guarantor irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand, protest and any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Company or any other Person. In particular, each of the Subsidiary Guarantors and the JV Subsidiary Guarantors irrevocably waives its right to require the Trustee to pursue or exhaust the Trustee’s legal or equitable remedies against the Company prior to exercising the Trustee’s rights under the Subsidiary Guarantee or the JV Subsidiary Guarantee, as the case may be.
