Common use of Waiver by Employer Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Employer. If Employee, during the course of his ------------ ------------------- employment by Employer, shall make an invention covered by the terms of this Agreement, and shall make a full and complete disclosure thereof to Employer; and if Employer, after such disclosure, shall state in writing over the signature of the Directors of the Employer and the Parent, that Employer is not interested in such invention; then Employee shall be free to make such use of any such invention as Employee may desire, free of all claims whatsoever on the part of Employer.
