Common use of Waiver by Everest Group Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Everest Group. Everest Group irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand, protest and any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any corporation or person against any other obligor or any other corporation or person. Everest Group warrants and agrees that each waiver set forth in this Section 12.4 is made with full knowledge of its significance and consequences, and such waivers shall be effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
