Waiver by Guarantor. The Guarantor irrevocably waives (a) acceptance hereof, presentment, demand for performance, promptness, diligence, notice of non-performance, default, acceleration, protest or dishonor and any notice not provided for herein, (b) any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Borrower or any other Person, (c) any right to revoke this Guaranty, and (d) any defense based on any right of set-off, recoupment, counterclaim, withholding or other deduction of any nature against or in respect of the Obligations.
