Common use of Waiver by Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Guarantor. Each Guarantor hereby waives absolutely and irrevocably any claim which it may have against any Borrower or any of their respective Affiliates (other than any right to contribution pursuant to Section 1(d) hereof) by reason of any payment to the Agents, Collateral Agent or any Bank, or to any other Person pursuant to or in respect of this Guarantee, including any claims by way of subrogation, contribution, reimbursement, indemnity or otherwise, until the Guaranteed Obligations are paid in full.
