Common use of Waiver by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Purchaser. The conditions set forth in section 4.4 of this Agreement are forthe exclusive benefit of the Purchaser and the Purchaser may waive the conditions in wholeor in part by delivering to the Vendor, at or before the Time of Closing, a written waiver to that effect stated to made pursuant to this section and executed by the Purchaser.
