Waiver by Spouse. The Spouse of the Annuitant who is a former member or beneficiary may, by giving written notice to the Trustee, waive his entitlement to receive the pension benefit provided for in Section 7 hereof or the life pension provided for in Paragraph 18.b) hereof and may, in the case of the pension benefit, revoke such a waiver by transmitting to the Trustee a written notice to that effect before the death of the Annuitant and, in the case of the life pension, before the date of conversion, in whole or in part, of the Fund.
