Waiver by Stella Blu Sample Clauses

Waiver by Stella Blu. The conditions precedent set out in the preceding section are inserted for the exclusive benefit of Stella Blu and any such condition may be waived in whole or in part by Stella Blu at or prior to the Closing by delivering to Target a written waiver to that effect signed by Stella Blu. In the event that the conditions precedent set out in the preceding section are not satisfied on or before the Closing, Stella Blu shall be released from all obligations under this Agreement.
