Common use of Waiver by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Waiver by the Borrower. The Borrower waives notice of non‑payment, demand, presentment or protest and notice thereof with respect to any and all instruments, notice of acceptance hereof, notice of loans or advances made, credit extended, collateral received or delivered, or any other action taken in reliance hereon, and all other demands and notices of any description, except such as are expressly provided for herein; consents to any renewals or extensions of time of payment with respect to the Notes and any amount due thereunder; and generally waives any and all suretyship defenses and defenses in the nature thereof.
