Common use of Waiver by the Company Clause in Contracts

Waiver by the Company. The Company irrevocably waives acceptance of its guaranty under this Article 11, presentment, demand (except as provided in Section 11.01), protest and any notice not provided for herein, as well as, solely for purposes of Article 11 any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against any Borrower or any other Person. The Company’s guaranty hereunder is a guaranty of payment and not merely of collection.
