Waiver by the Parent Borrower. The Parent Borrower irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand, protest and any notice not provided for in this Article XI, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Subsidiary Borrower, any other obligor or any other Person or against any collateral security. The Parent Borrower warrants and agrees that each waiver set forth in this Section 11.4 is made with full knowledge of its significance and consequences, and such waivers shall be effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
