Waiver; Consents. Any failure of a party to comply with any obligation, covenant, agreement or condition herein may be waived by each party affected thereby only by a written instrument signed by the party granting such waiver. No waiver, or failure to insist upon strict compliance, by any party of any term or condition or any breach of any term or condition contained in this Agreement, in any one or more instances, shall be construed to be a waiver of, or estoppel with respect to, any other term or condition or any other breach of the same. Whenever this Agreement requires or permits consent by or on behalf of any party hereto, such consent shall be given in writing in a manner consistent with the requirements for a waiver.
