Waiver; Cumulative Remedies. A. Failure of either party to complain of any act or omission on the part of the other party, no matter how long same may continue, shall not be deemed a waiver by said party of any of its rights hereunder. No waiver by either party at any time, express or implied, of breach of any provision of this Lease Agreement shall be deemed waiver of breach of any other provision or a consent to any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. The consent to or approval of any action on any one occasion by either party hereto shall not be deemed a consent to or approval of any other action on the same or any subsequent occasion. B. Any and all rights and remedies which either party may have under this Lease Agreement or by operation of law, either at law or in equity, by reason of a breach by the other party, shall be distinct, separate, and cumulative and shall not be deemed inconsistent with any other right or remedy, and any two or more or all of such rights and remedies may be exercised at the same time. C. Acceptance by either party of any of the benefits of this Lease Agreement with knowledge of any breach thereof by the other party shall not be deemed a waiver by the party receiving the benefit of any rights or remedies to which it is entitled hereunder or by law.
