WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter Promoters in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter Promoters to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee ALLOTTEES that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee ALLOTTEES shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesALLOTTEESs. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 22.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 22.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or / or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 23.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 26.2 Failure on the part of the Parties Promoter to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or precedence and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 27.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] as detailed in Schedule D including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 24.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CSixth Schedule] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 22.1 The Promoter may, at its sole least solve option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set said out in this Agreement, waive Agreement wave the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] payment plan mentioned this Agreement including waiving waving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee Allottee(s) shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee(s). 24.2 22.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C3rd Schedule] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CFifth Schedule] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 i. The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 ii. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 (26.1.) The Promoter may, at its on his sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its his rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure Plan[schedule C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. . (26.2.) It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 (26.3.) Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure ‘C’] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed de- layed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion discre- tion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or xxxxx- xxxx and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, ,waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee(s) in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CFifth Schedule] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee Allottee(s) shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee(s). 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CSchedule ‘V’] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [*Annexure C] ‘C’+ including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CC (Construction Linked Payment Plan)] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter PROMOTER may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee ALLOTTEE in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure Schedule-C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee ALLOTTEE that exercise of discretion by the Promoter PROMOTER in the case of one Allottee ALLOTTEE shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter PROMOTER to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesALLOTTEEs. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 24.1. The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 24.2. Failure on the part of the Parties Promoter to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] as mentioned in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.1 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and hand every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 26.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CFourth Schedule] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or precedence and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 26.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 24.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, Agreement waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CPlan[Schedule IV] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties Promoter to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof here of shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CSchedule-E] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or / or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions provision hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 1.1. The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter Pro- moter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 1.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time anytime or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions provi- sions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee(s) in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure (Schedule “C] ”) including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee(s). 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties Promoter to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter Sellers may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] Plan, including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter Sellers in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure Plan[Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and ans so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on of the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set said out in this Agreement, waive Agreement wave the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan payment plan [Annexure C] including waiving waving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 24.1. The Promoter Promoter/Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee ALLOTTEE in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee ALLOTTEE that exercise of discretion by the Promoter Promoter/Developer in the case of one Allottee ALLOTTEE shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter Promoter/Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesALLOTTEE. 24.2 24.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be he construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter No.2 may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] as mentioned in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter No.2 in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter No.2 to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 . Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and hand every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter Promoters may, at its their sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its their rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] mentioned in Schedule-U including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter Promoters in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter Promoters to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its their rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure Schedule-C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set said out in this Agreement, Agreement waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] payment plan Part II of Fourth Schedule including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 23.1 The Promoter Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CFourth Schedule] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter Developer in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or precedence and/or binding on the Promoter Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 23.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion Discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in Allottees are not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure [ Schedule C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottees that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee Allottees shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] ‘Schedule B’ including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter mayDeveloper , at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan Plant [Annexure ‘C’ ] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period Period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed construe to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 24.1. The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in i this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 24.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its / their sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee(s) in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or / or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee(s). 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 23.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CPart II of the SIXTH SCHEDULE] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 23.2 Failure on the part of the Parties Promoter to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 24.1. The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [[ Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee. 24.2 24.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at least its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set said out in this Agreement, expressly waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee(s) in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] payment plan mentioned this Agreement including waiving waving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. Accordingly, any waiver by any party shall be in writing.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure Schedule-C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time time, the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure CB] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1. The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its their rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making timely payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure (Schedule ‘C] ’) including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2. Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Developer/Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer/Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Developer/Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 25.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 30.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee Allottees in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottees that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee Allottees shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the the-case of other Allottees. 24.2 30.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee/s in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] as specified in Schedule C hereunder written including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee/s that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee Allottee/s shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.Allottee/s. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan [Annexure C] as provided under Schedule C including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plan Plant [Annexure ‘C’ ] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or and/or binding on the Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees. 24.2 Failure on the part of the Parties to enforce at any time or for any period Period of time the provisions hereof shall not be construed construe to be a waiver of any provisions or of the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
