WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Developer , at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or binding on the Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter/ Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or and /or binding on the Developer to Promoter/ Developerto exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Developer Developer/Promoter may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant Plan [Annexure „C‟ ‘C’] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer Developer/Promoter in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or binding building on the Developer Developer/Promoter to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Developer Developer/Company in the case of one Allottee Allottee(s) shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or and /or binding on the Developer Developer/Company to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee(s).

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Promoter/ Builder/ Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set asset out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] Plan including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Promoter/ Builder/ Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or and /or binding on the Promoter/ Builder/ Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 26.1 The Developer and the Associate Developer may, at its sole option and discretiondiscretions, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] Plan including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer and the Associate Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or binding on the Developer and the Associate Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 I. The Developer may, at its sole least solve option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set said out in this Agreement, waive Agreement wave the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] payment plan mentioned this Agreement including waiving waving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent precedence and/or binding on the Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 26.1 The Developer may, at its sole option and discretiondiscretions, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] Plan including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 35.1 The Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set said out in this Agreement, expressly waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee(s) in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] payment plan mentioned in Part II of Schedule C of this Agreement including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee Allottee(s) shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or and /or binding on the Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other AllotteesAllottee(s).

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 20.1 The Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] Plan, including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or binding on the Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allotteesallottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Developer Developer, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ‘C’ ] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or binding on the Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 25.1 The Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, ,waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] Plan including waiving the payment of interest ofinterest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer theDeveloper in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or and /or binding on the Developer to exercise toexercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 a) The Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set laid out in this Agreement, expressly waive the breach by the Allottee Allottee(s) in not making payments as per the Payment Plant [Annexure „C‟ ] payment plan mentioned in Part III of Schedule C of this Agreement including waiving waving the payment of interest delay payment charges for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee Allottee(s) that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or binding on the Developer to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Developer may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as set out in this Agreement, waive the breach by the Allottee in not making payments as per the Payment Plant Plan [Annexure „C‟ Schedule-C] including waiving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Allottee that exercise of discretion by the Developer in the case of one Allottee shall not be construed to be a precedent and/or and /or binding on the Developer Vendor to exercise such discretion in the case of other Allottees.
