Common use of WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE Clause in Contracts

WAIVER NOT A LIMITATION TO ENFORCE. 24.1 The Vendor may, at its sole option and discretion, without prejudice to its rights as said out in this Agreement wave the breach by the Purchaser in not making payments as per the payment plan [Annexure C] including waving the payment of interest for delayed payment. It is made clear and so agreed by the Purchaser that exercise of discretion by the Vendor in the case of one Purchaser shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Vendor to exercise such discretion in the case of other Purchasers.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Purchaser that exercise of discretion by the Vendor Seller in the case of one Purchaser shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Vendor Seller to exercise such discretion in the case of other Purchasers.

It is made clear and so agreed by the Purchaser Purchaser/s that exercise of discretion by the Vendor Sellers in the case of one Purchaser Purchasers shall not be construed to be a precedent and /or binding on the Vendor Sellers to exercise such discretion in the case of other Purchasers.
