Common use of Waiver of a Condition Precedent Clause in Contracts

Waiver of a Condition Precedent. The conditions stated in Sections 7.1, 7.2 and 7.4 and are inserted for the sole benefit of the Administrative Agent and Credit Facility Lenders and may be waived by the Administrative Agent with the consent of the Majority Lenders, in whole or in part, with or without terms or conditions, in respect of all or any portion of the Advances, without affecting the right of the Credit Facility Lenders to assert terms and conditions in whole or in part in respect of any other Advance.
