Waiver of Additional Compensation or Benefits. Other than the compensation and payments provided for in this Agreement and the post-termination benefits provided for in the Employment Agreement, Employee shall not be entitled to any additional compensation, benefits, payments or grants under any agreement, benefit plan, severance plan or bonus or incentive program established by Matador or any of Matador’s affiliates, other than any vested retirement plan benefits, any vested equity grants or COBRA continuation coverage benefits.
