Waiver of Appraisement, Valuation, Stay, Extension and Redemption Laws. (a) The Mortgagor will not object to any sale of the Encumbered Property made in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, and for itself and all who may claim under it, the Mortgagor waives, to the extent that it lawfully may, all right to have the Encumbered Property marshaled or to have the Encumbered Property sold as separate estates, parcels, tracts or units in the event of any foreclosure of this Mortgage.
