Common use of Waiver of Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code. For the purposes of termination of this Agreement, the Company and the Participant hereby waive the benefits of Article 1266 of the Indonesian Civil Code but only to the extent that judicial cancellation of this Agreement would otherwise be required to terminate this Agreement.
