Common use of Waiver of Bond Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Bond. The Grantor waives the posting of any bond otherwise required of the Administrative Agent in connection with any judicial process or proceeding to realize on the Collateral or any other security for the Liabilities, to enforce any judgment or other court order entered in favor of the Administrative Agent, or to enforce by specific performance, temporary restraining order, or preliminary or permanent injunction, this Security Agreement or any other agreement or document between the Administrative Agent and the Grantor.
