Waiver of Bulk Sales Laws. To the greatest extent permitted by applicable Law, Purchaser and the Sellers hereby waive compliance by Purchaser and the Sellers with the terms of any bulk sales or similar Laws in any applicable jurisdiction in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Sale Order shall exempt the Sellers and Purchaser from compliance with any such Laws.
