Common use of WAIVER OF CARRIER’S LIEN Clause in Contracts

WAIVER OF CARRIER’S LIEN. CARRIER is relying on the general credit of BROKER and hereby waives and releases all liens which CARRIER might otherwise have against the interest of any goods in its possession for the payment of freight and accessorial charges. CARRIER shall not withhold any goods transported under this Agreement on account of any dispute as to rates or any alleged failure of BROKER to pay charges incurred under this Agreement.
