Waiver of Certain Claims. The Lessee hereby waives and releases any Expense now or hereafter existing against any Indemnitee arising out of death or personal injury to personnel of the Lessee, loss or damage to property of the Lessee, or the loss of use of any property of the Lessee, which results from or arises out of the condition, use or operation of the Aircraft during the Term, including, without limitation, any latent or patent defect whether or not discoverable.
