Waiver of Certain Claims. Lessee hereby waives and releases any Claim now or hereafter existing against any Indemnified Person arising out of death or personal injury to personnel of Lessee, loss or damage to property of Lessee, or the loss of use of any property of Lessee, which may result from or arise out of the condition, use or operation of the Equipment during the Lease Term, including without limitation any latent or patent defect whether or not discoverable.
