Waiver of Certain Other Rights. To the extent that payments are made to Executive pursuant to Section 4.1(a), Executive hereby waives the right to receive severance payments or severance benefits under any other severance Plan, agreement or Policy of the Company. To the extent that payments are made to Executive as required by Section 4.1(b), Executive hereby waives the right to receive payments or benefits under any Non-Qualified Plan of the Company that have been accrued as of the Termination Date.
