Waiver of Certain Rights By Trustor. Trustor waives, to the extent permitted by law, (i) the benefit of all laws now existing or that may hereafter be enacted providing for any appraisement before sale of any portion of the Property, (ii) all rights of redemption, valuation, appraisement, stay of execution, notice of election to mature or declare due the whole of the secured indebtedness and marshaling in the event of foreclosure of the liens hereby created, and (iii) all rights and remedies which Trustor may have or be able to assert by reason of the laws of the State of Nevada pertaining to the rights and remedies of sureties. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Trustor waives, to the extent permitted by law, all rights (including any rights provided by NRS 100.040 and 100.050) to direct the order in which any of the Property shall be sold in the event of any sale or sales pursuant hereto and to have any of the Property or any other property now or hereafter constituting security for the indebtedness secured hereby marshaled upon any foreclosure of this Deed of Trust or of any other security for any of such indebtedness.
