Common use of Waiver of Compliance with Bulk Transfer Laws Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Compliance with Bulk Transfer Laws. With respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, Buyer, the Selling Stockholders and the Company, respectively, hereby waive compliance with any applicable provisions of the so-called "bulk transfer laws" (Article 6 of the Uniform Commercial Code) of any relevant jurisdiction.
