Waiver of Conditions to Obligations of Commitment Parties. All or any of the conditions set forth in Section 7.1 may only be waived in whole or in part with respect to all Commitment Parties by a written instrument executed by the Requisite Commitment Parties in their sole discretion and if so waived, all Commitment Parties shall be bound by such waiver; provided, however, that the conditions set forth in subsections (c) (Confirmation Order), (f) (Effective Date), (i) (Antitrust Approvals), (j) (No Legal Impediment) and (l) (Covenants) of Section 7.1 shall not be subject to waiver except by a written instrument executed by all Commitment Parties.
