Waiver of Construction Supervisory Fee. Tenant shall not be required to pay Landlord or Landlord’s Agent a construction supervisory fee in respect of the Tenant’s Alterations, provided that nothing contained in this subsection 4.2(g) shall limit Landlord’s right to reimbursement for third-party consultants pursuant to the last sentence of subsection 4.2(a).
