WAIVER OF COURSE REGISTRATION FEES. Upon receiving a written request from a faculty member to enroll in a credit course, the Employee shall arrange for a fee waiver subject to the following conditions: 1. No fee-paying students shall be displaced from a course on account of this arrangement. 2. The total value of courses taken in any year shall not exceed three (3) units or the cost equivalent to a three (3) unit course.
