Common use of Waiver of court actions Clause in Contracts

Waiver of court actions. the Borrower understands that, by effect of signing the Credit Facility Agreement, it remains entirely liable to the Bank for all direct and indirect consequences arising from the Financing Documents and the Negotiable Instruments endorsed by the Bank and renounces to any opposition, dispute, protest or action before a court of law in connection with the payment of the endorsed Negotiable Instruments and also undertakes not to introduce court actions to request the Bank to comply, not comply or suspend payment obligations against the Beneficiary of the endorsed Negotiable Instruments.
