Waiver of Defense; Joint and Several Liability. Applicant waives any defense whatsoever which might constitute a defense available to, or discharge of, a surety or a guarantor. If more than one Person signs this Agreement or an Application hereunder, each of them shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder and thereunder and all the terms and provisions regarding liabilities, obligations and Property of such Persons shall apply to any liabilities, obligations and Property of any and all of them.
